Table A1: cardio-selective beta blockers (atenolol, metoprolol, bisoprolol, carvedilol) are acceptable, though no longer the first line of choice; non-selective beta blockers are unacceptable. Beta blockers are also accepted for migraine prophylaxis per protocol. Underlying cardiac disease requires separate certification.
