Guidance notes

Table A1: loperamide must not be taken less than 6 hours before aviation activity. Opioid-based antidiarrhoeals (codeine phosphate, morphine, Lomotil) are unacceptable. Acute gastroenteritis with dehydration grounds the crew member until resolved.
