Guidance notes

Table A1 restricts SABA/LABA use to at least 8 hours before flying (still usable for an in-flight asthmatic emergency). Inhaled glucocorticoids and leukotriene antagonists are acceptable; methylxanthines and central anticholinergics are unacceptable. Well-controlled asthma must be certified by a DAME.
