Table A1 classifies SSRIs as unacceptable. Selected non-sedating SSRIs require a minimum 3-month grounding period and are evaluated by SACAA case-by-case per protocol. SNRIs (venlafaxine, duloxetine) are likewise unacceptable pending protocol evaluation. Never self-certify — the underlying mood disorder is the primary aeromedical issue.
